There is no right or wrong way to use crystals; still, it’s important to make crystals a part of your daily routine to reap all the benefits. The first thing to do when you’re working with crystals is to program them with an intention. The crystals may already be programmed for you. Crystals want to work for you; they will serve as a daily reminder of your goals (intention). To program them, “hold the crystal in your hands, and ask that the highest vibration of love and light connect with your highest self to clear all unwanted energy and any previous programming, and to command it to hold the intention of [insert your intention here]. Emphasize that what you’re asking for already exists in the universe.
Here are a few ways to inspire you about how you can use your crystals:
Place the crystals in your bag or pocket (or make them into jewelry)
Use it throughout the day to help ground you and remind you to resignate the intention you set upon them, to attract that manifestation/intention you put out.
Meditate with the crystals
Meditate while holding your crystals to connect with their metaphysical powers. You are not praying to the crystals, you’re holding them as a source for you to get connected within yourself.
Put the crystals in your bath*
Make your bath time feel fancy by throwing some gems in the water. Bathing with crystals is the height of relaxation, it allows you to put yourself first, and set aside a moment of time that is exclusively about recharging your life force.
*NOTE: Not all crystals are meant to be in the water, though, so be sure to double-check first.
Place the crystals throughout your space
Place the crystals on the window or shelf near you or your bedside table. Place them under your mattress if you are using them to help with sleeping, or by your workstation if you are attracting abundance and success to your business. Not only do crystals elevate the vibe, but they make for beautiful decor in every room, too.
Great article! Thanks for the tips.
